Jeff Jordan State Champ Camp
Pinecrest Wrestling Club and Combat Athletics are excited to be able to co-host and share the opportunity to offer training in a proven system from the Jeff Jordan's State Champ Camp.
The weekend Camp consists of 5 sessions, which are designed to be a review of what was covered in their summer camps: the basic techniques needed for wrestlers to win a state title. These techniques deal primarily with take downs. We will be covering the double leg, inside single, outside single, and high crotch. Along with these techniques we will emphasize the set-ups and finishes to these shots. All of these take downs will be incorporated into a drilling workout that is extremely intense. This system has produced numerous State and National Champs year after year, and has also been the foundation that has lead to 18 straight Ohio State Team Titles in the last 18 years for Graham High School, where this system was founded by Jeff Jordan and his team.
